"On Saturday January 20th Windows 10 on my Lenovo X230 informed me a restart was required to implement an update. I shut everything down and clicked on restart. A short while later the update ceased with a message that there was an "inaccessible boot device". I wanted to email today to let you know just how satisfied I am with the service Cameron provided yesterday. I had such a tough time ordering this product through other online retailers I was near giving up! After calling Star Micronics they redirected me to your company and told me to order through you. Just to give you some context, we are opening a Pop Up Shop in Ottawa and need to set up a cash register system there and this printer was supposed to have already arrived a week ago.
