Is this suitable for a small boardroom business data projector?

I would not say this would be good for a boardroom. The resolution is very low as is the brightness. You could get away with the resolution, but it would be a very small image. The brightness is the biggest concern as it is so low that it would be overwhelmed just by the rooms artificial lighting and be almost unseeable if there are any windows letting in natural light.
