In order to expedite your order processing please enter accurate shipping and billing information. Also, please add the domain frontierpc.com to your anti-spam software as 90% of our communication regarding the status of your order is via e-mail. If your order requires telephone communication there may be a 1-2 business day delay in processing due to the high volume of orders we process on a daily basis.
If you require immediate order fulfillment and your order contains multiple products (multiple quantities of the same SKU are ok) consider placing separate orders for each unique SKU number. This will ensure your orders will ship complete from our multiple warehouse locations. Otherwise large orders will ship from our Vancouver Distribution Centre.

Additional Warehouse Pickup Information
Orders for Business and Government clients only (valued at more than $100 pre-tax) may be picked up at our Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary or Halifax warehouses (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm local time) provided stock is available. Order Online and choose "Warehouse Pickup" as your shipping method. Warehouse pickups require 2-3 hours for processing and preparation, a $10 handling fee will apply to each warehouse pickup order.
Additional Vancouver Retail Store Pickup Information
Low Shipping or Handling Charges! All Online Orders may be picked up at our Vancouver Retail Store (1755 West Broadway). Order online and choose "Retail Store Pickup" as your shipping method. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup (1-2 Business Days for Vancouver Warehouse stock, 3-4 Business Days for Calgary Warehouse stock and 5-6 Business Days for Toronto warehouse stock).
How to avoid order processing delays
Please note: Online Orders take priority over Phone Orders as the entire order process can be efficiently managed electronically. Phone orders that require a salesperson's assistance will normally ship the following business day. For fastest service, order online before 12:00 Noon. Phone orders may also be subject to a 2% handling fee.
(1) Accurate Shipping and Billing Information
The "Billing Information" name must be the name of the Credit Card Holder as it appears on the Credit Card. The Billing Address must be the address of the Registered Card Holder as it appears on the Credit Card Statement. The Billing Phone Number must be the phone number on file with the Credit Card Company. Any exceptions to this rule will result in delays of up to 24 hours. The "Shipping Information" must be the person to whom the shipment will be signed for when the courier arrives at your office. Or, if it is a warehouse pickup order, the Shipping Information must be the person who will be picking up the order at the warehouse.
(2) Multiple Product Orders
Orders containing multiples of the same SKU Number will normally ship from the warehouse on the same business day as ordered. Orders containing multiple SKU numbers from different warehouses will either ship from each separate warehouse or the order will be combined into one shipment and shipped from our Vancouver distribution centre. Consider placing multiple orders (each with a unique SKU number) to expedite your order processing. Orders for Warehouse Pickup must be one item (multiple quantities are ok) per order.
(3) Large, Heavy, Delicate Items
Some large, heavy or delicate products may require an additional 1-2 Business Days for processing. These include UPS Systems, large displays, projection screens, server racks. Additional handling or insurance may be required, our order processing staff will contact you.
